Latina/o Alumni Reunion
As the number of Latina/o students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill increases annually, the University continues to embrace this flourishing segment of its community and applaud the success of its individuals.
In 2009, the UNC Latina/o Alumni Reunion was established as an annual celebration of the accomplishments and contributions made by UNC Latina/o alumni. The reunion provides an opportunity to immerse in Carolina tradition, reconnect with old friends and classmates, and learn about the impact Latinas/os are having on our beloved campus.
Hosted by the Carolina Latina/o Collaborative, The 7th Annual Regreso a Casa 2016 (Homecoming 2016) Alumni Reunion will take place on Friday, April 8th and Saturday, April 9th. The event will feature a host of activities, including our Latina/o Alumni Banquet, a tour of the Carolina Basketball Museum, the Dia de Bienvenida Luncheon, Noche Latina (the 23rd Annual Cultural Showcase), and more.

UNC Alumni and Student Nomination
As part of our festivities, we will be recognizing individuals who have contributed to the enrichment of the Latina/o community during the Reunion Banquet. We invite you to participate in the nomination of a UNC alumnus/a and a graduating UNC senior who have excelled in leadership and service to the Latina/o community. The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 25th.
